Wallrun
From Free Running Wiki
The wallrun is a movement used to reach the of walls, or skipping gaps by literally running across the wall. It has 2 types: the vertical and the horizontal.
The vertical wallrun is when you stand in front of the wall and take a few fast running steps upwards the wall. It helps you get higher or even on the top of something. The wallflip starts with this setup.
The horizontal wallrun is similar to the previous one, but in that your side faces the wall, and you run parallel with the wall. This is useful for running over small gaps or stairs, and can also lead into a trinity wallflip.
Both method requires good grippy shoes and the right technique (run on the toes and not flat foot). An often used parkour technique.
