A valdez is an American name for Macacão which is a move in capoeria. The move is a one handed back handspring slightly off axis.

  • Valdez 360 - Free runners do these off height, they put their hand on the edge of a obstacle and do a valdez with a 360 twist off the top, no one knows if it's been landed on flat.
