Urban Freeflow's World Renowned Symbol: The Glyph
Founded in 2003[1], Urban Freeflow or UF are a UK-based free running and parkour organisation. They are recognised by the glyph logo (pictured to the right) which is a representation of parkour and free running[2].
The company supports a selection of full-time performance team members[3] who mainly specialise in performance work, stunt doubling and teaching free running classes[4]. The company also offers a wide range of branded parkour clothing and other accessories through their online store[5].
They are also the organisers behind the Barclaycard World Freerun Championships.

- Some people believe that UF are responsible for much of the public misconception between parkour and free running, for reasons such as invention of the term freestyle parkour[6].
- In 2005, Urban Freeflow was dissolved by Companies House for failing to submit accounts or taxes for the past 2 years. This is when Ez and M2 split to form Urban Free Flow and American Parkour respectively[6].
- Urban Freeflow often claim themselves to be the world's premiere or official parkour and free running organisation[7].
- Claims are often made about the Barclaycard World Freerun Championships that the competitors are the top freerunners in the world and that the winner is the world's best[citation needed].
- The UK line-up for the 2009 Barclaycard World Freerun Championships consisted entirely of Urban Freeflow athletes[8], and one of the judges (Franck Nelle) is an Urban Freeflow team member. The winner was Livewire (a sponsored Urban Freeflow athlete at the time)
- Many athletes have been known to disagree with the management techniques used by Ez, including Livewire who quit the team for that reason[9].
