Timothy Graham "Livewire" Shieff (born March 24, 1988[1]) is a free runner from Derby, United Kingdom. He is well known for winning the last World Freerunning Championships in 2009. He is recognised for his handstand ability, being one of the few free runners capable of controlling a one handed handstand, and his YouTube series with Damien Walters, The Walters & Shieff Show.

After being a member of the core Urban Freeflow team for many years, he quit at the end of the Barclaycard World Freerun Championships because he didn't like Ez's attitude[2], along with 5 other team members[3]. He is currently a founding member of both Storm Freerun and the World Freerunning & Parkour Federation[4].

Tim has a background in breakdancing, which is how he originally gained much of his upper-body strength[citation needed]. In January 2006, due to an injury to his knees, he needed an operation to remove both meniscus from his knees[5][citation needed].
