Speeders, or Speeders Belgium[1], is a Belgian free running team. They first gained recognition through their 2006 video R-évolution which has become one of the most popular free running videos on YouTube[2].

According to their blog, the team started training in January 2004[3], after Sébastien discovered parkour on the internet in 2003.[4]
