South Bank

The South Bank is a major free running location in central London, UK. It is located on the Embankment on the southern side of the River Thames. It is renowned for containing a collection of various free running hotspots and for the large amount of free runners who train there.

Waterloo train station is the closest train station, being slightly south of the River Thames in the centre of London. Other close train stations are Embankment, Southwark and London Bridge.

South bank is pretty good but not the best spot in London.

So far the South Bank has been the location of every annual 3RUN Family Jam. Urban Freeflow also hold many of their London jams at South Bank.
