Handstand backflip
From Free Running Wiki
The handstand backflip, also named as a quasimodo by Team Tempest[citation needed], involves performing a handstand on a wall or other high object, and flicking straight out into a backtuck using the push of the arms and legs.
This is similar to a castaway backflip, but with the difference that the practitioner begins in a balanced handstand instead of resting against a wall or bar and only flicking their legs up briefly.
[edit] History
- Team Tempest did it on sand[citation needed].
- In April 2008, Jenx was the first person to do it onto grass[1] after trying it onto foam blocks in his garden[2] at the end of 2007.
