Free Inspiration was a five minute free running video released by Chase Armitage on October 5 2008[1], intended to entertain and inspire people to do better and push further[2]. The video contained a lot of new footage of Chase free running, including the first footage of the wall step-down (real name please??), and a section on his philosophies at the end.
