The human flag
The human flag or bar hold is a kind of body position when the body is parallel (or almost parallel) with the ground by holding it with your arms. The arms and the body make a straight line. It is mostly done on poles like lampposts etc. This trick requires a great amount of upper body strength but also the right technique is important.
It has some easier variations like when you hold it with arms hooked over the pole, or open your legs, etc.
The world record for longest held flag is by Dominic Lacasse with a time of 39 seconds, set in 2007.[1]
