Arabian
From Free Running Wiki
(Redirected from Double arabian)
An arabian is a trick seen in free running and tricking and is essentially a backflip with a 180 degree twist. The 180 degree rotation is however often performed as early as possible before the backflip part, so the move ends up looking like a 180 to frontflip. The athlete should land facing the opposite direction to the way they took off.
A double arabian consists of a 180 into a double frontflip.
