Shaun Wood is a Traceur from New South Wales, Australia.

He has been practising parkour for the past 4 years of his life, and has spent much of that time travelling the world seeking out new obstacles. He was one of the original founders of Sydney Parkour. He has competed in the 2009 Barclaycard World Freerun Championships, and the 2009 Red Bull Art of Motion.

Shaun is also known for popularizing the phrase "I think i can crane that" after said it in his 2007 video "Time". Another phrase often used by Shaun is "Sydney Parkour Woo Hooo!" which is a shout out to his training buddies back home in Sydney , Australia.

Shaun is also known for his long blond hair, and often being mistaken for a girl.
